Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak times or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Customised Orders: Since our pieces are custom-made in limited editions, customised items may require an additional processing time of up to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-15 business days. Please note that customs processing may impact delivery times.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Tracking and Confirmation

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our facility to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend providing a physical address to ensure successful delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Entitled Designs is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
